Analysis on Financial Management of Coal Enterprises under View of Risk Management and Control

A health growth of the coal industry is an important protection of China social economic development.With a continued deepening of the market economic system reform in China as well as a sustainable development of the overseas economics,a competition pressure of the coal enterprise is continuously increased.Under the situation,the coal enterprises should face up to the market competition pressure and should improve the operation management system of the enterprises in order to meet the modernized development requirements of the coal enterprises.During the process,from a view of the internal risk management and control of the enterprise,an analysis should be conducted on the financial management of the coal enterprises,which would have an important promotion role to improve the management system of the coal enterprises.From the view of the risk management and control and the financial management,an analysis and discussion were conducted on the problems existed in the financial management of the present coal enterprises and some feasibility proposals were provided to upgrade the financial management of the coal enterprises.
