Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expressions of CD4+CD25+ T cells and IL-10 in the peripheral blood of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and its clinical significance.Methods:Flow-cytometric assay was employed to detect CD4+CD25+ T cells of thirty RA patients(RA group) and twenty normal controls(normal control group),and double antibody sandwich ELISA was applied to detect IL-10 in the serum from the two groups. Results:The levels of CD4+CD25+ T cells in RA group and normal control group were(12.5±8.4),(7.9±3.2)% respectively, with no statistics significance(t=2.132,P0.05);The levels of IL-10 were(12.4±10.5),(22.7±20.6) pg/ml respectively, with no statistics difference(t=2.920,P0.05).Conclusion:Cellular immunity destruction and defective function of CD4+CD25+ T cells was shown in RA.
