In North China country,lack of structural integrity clan in the Qing Dynasty,but clan activities prevalent in all areas of social life.In the process of dealing with public disputes,local officials pay attention to the role of rural clans,mediate civil dispute through clan.In order to maintain clan's interests and order,pay more attention to the functions of dispute resolution.In the process of maintenance rural social order,North China clan plays an important role.
