Abstract

For the concerted development of urban and rural areas,the continuously perfection of rural land transfer system,the unification of the urban and rural land markets,the improvement of the land expropriation system and the fairness of its compensation are needed.There are still many problems in the rural land transfer system,the rural construction land market and the land expropriation system,so the rural land market needs to be reformed.For the rural land transfer system,it is needed to standard the procedure,to strengthen the land transfer management,to build the information service system for land transfer,and to reform census register system.For the rural construction land market,it is necessary to unify urban and rural land market and to strengthen the guarantee system of the unifinication of urban and rural market.In the land expropriation system,it is necessary to strictly define the range of the land expropriation,to respect the wishes of farmers,and to further improve the land expropriation system.
