Improving tort system concerning personal injury compensation

Abstract
The essay mainly discusses the role of the tort compensation in personal injuries as well as the problems involved.Based on a comprehensive comparison of personal injuries compensation system both in home and abroad,the author proposes a plan of reform on Chinese personal injures compensation system,which takes the tort compensation as the core and other collateral benefits as the necessary substitutes in order to award as much as the damages to the victims.
