Reflect on People's Juror System and its Possible Trajectory

The current people's juror system was given an anticipation of judicial democracy,but practice proves that the value given by the law has not fully reflected;and there exists many inconsistencies within the current system itself and the present lawsuit practice and the legal provisions.Therefore,the people's juror system should be reviewed and reformed under the existing social background: combine experts jury with public jury,perfect the selection and management of people's jurors,and define the rights,obligations and responsibilities of the jurors.
