On the Legislative Perfection of People's Juror System in China

Abstract

The people's juror system is a special judicial system of China,and is also an important democratic polity system.It embodies the judicial democracy and maintains the judicial justice.There are still some problems on our jury system in practice.In order to have the essential and the availability characteristics of this system,the reform target should be situated to perfect and guarantee the effective assessor for the people and provides some respective legislative advices to perfect this judicial system.
