Abstract

At present vigorous campaign for building a new socialist countryside plays an important part in the process of balancing urban and rural development.It comes as a result of the interaction of different kinds of factors and forces.Therefore,in the course of building a new socialist countryside,the desired goal can only be achieved by means of balancing urban and rural development.
