Abstract
Small towns with their own rural and urban features are a foundation for integrating the rural and urban economy.The integration of constructing new socialist countryside with the development of small towns is crucial to further the construction of new socialist countryside,to solve the problems concerning the agriculture,the farmers and the countryside,and to quicken the industrialization of agricultural production and the urbanization of their lifestyle.
