Abstract
The 175 m bulk cargo vessel was introduced, and the main sources of the noise and vibration were analyzed and discussed.A local tank of this vessel was analyzed by means of the finite element code ABAQUS,and fluid-structure coupling effect was considered. The frequencies and the vibration modes were obtained. In help of the result of computation, the manufacture design was improved. The method of analysis and the result provided in this work can be as a reference for the analysis of vibration and noise control for similar vessels.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
