THE EFFECT OF THE CD 68 AND CRP IN THE ISOLATED LIVER BETWEEN STATIC COLD STORAGE AND HYPOTHERMIC MACHINE PERFUSION BEFORE AND AFTER LIVER TRANSPLANTATION

Abstract

Objective: To investigate and compare the CD 68 and CRP in the isolated liver between static cold storage and hypothermic machine perfusion before and after liver transplantation. Methods:The dogs were randomly divided into 2 groups: 20 cases of static cold storage group and 20 cases of hypothermic machine perfusion group. The livers of static cold storage group were transplanted into hypothermic machine perfusion,and the livers of hypothermic machine perfusion were transplanted into static cold storage group. Results: CD 68,CRP and Fibulin-1 had no significant difference between the two groups as the live was isolated( P 0. 05). Before transplantation,CD 68 and Fibulin-1 in two groups had no significant difference( P 0. 05). Compared with cold storage group,CRP was decreased in the hypothermic machine perfusion group( P 0. 01). 60 min after transplantation,CD 68,CRP and Fibulin-1 were significantly reduced in hypothermic machine perfusion group compared with static cold storage group( P 0. 01). Before transplantation,liver pathological sections of two groups were normal.60 min after transplantation,cold storage group liver appeared larger area of the neutrophil infiltration and necrosis. In hypothermic machine perfusion group,liver was relatively normal. Compared with cold storage group,cases alive within 3 days were higher in the hypothermic machine perfusion group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Hypothermic machine perfusion can significantly reduce CD 68 and CRP,improve pathological neutrophil infiltration and necrosis,and improve the survival rate after transplantation.
