Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the value of anesthesia with propofol and fentanyl in painless gastroscopy Methods A total of 120 patients confirmed ASA 1~2 level through endoscopy were divided into three groups, the ordinary examintation group(group A),propofol group(group B), propofol fentanyl group(group C). All of the intraoperative patients were examined with indicators,MAP,HR,SPO2, testing time, awake time, dosage of propofol, the success check rate, feelings and self-satisfaction. Results The MAP of group A increased, group B reduced, the least untoward effect was group C; Group A was the highest unwell and mild discomfort of self percetion;Group C was the shortest teasing time, the highest number of satisfild, the least awake time after postoperative. Conclusion Intravenous injection of propofol alone and propofol combined with fentanyl in gastroscopy can provide satisfactory anesthesia effect, and propofol combined with fentanyl can provide the better effect,it is the more ideal anesthesia method.
