On the New Industrialized Development Mode of the Northeast Old Industrial Base of China

The development of the old industrial base is a comprehensive course,whose starting point and key lie in industry.But the old industrial base of the Northeast has different characteristics from those of other areas.The characteristics of industrial structure of the three provinces determine the new-type industrialized road of old industrial base should rely mainly on developing large-scale industrialization and scale economy,meanwhile,the old industrial base should take a road of informationization driving industrialization,sustainable development and paying attention to the development of service industry.
