Abstract
Objective To explore the management for subluxation of lens by phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Methods The surgery for phacoemulsification and IOL implantation of the subluxated lens was performed on 42 eyes of 39 patients after sewing lens capsule to the ciliary sulcus. Results(3 months) after operation,the uncorrected vision0.05 were in 3 eyes(7.15%),0.05-0.25 in 9 eyes(21.43%),0.3-0.5 in 10 eyes(23.81%),0.6-1.0 in 14 eyes(33.33%),and 1.2-1.5 in 6 eyes(14.29%). Conclusions The technique of phacoemulsification for subluxation of lens is a safe and effective method.
