Abstract
Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of traumatic lens semiluxation by phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation was performed on 33 eyes of 33 patients.Intraocular lens were implanted in ciliary sulcus or the capsule bags. Results ALL patients were operated successfully. Followed lip 3-12 months, patients' best corrected vision were belter than 0.5 in 18 eyes.0.3-0.5 in 13 eyes and less than 0.2 in 2 eyes. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is effective in treating traumatic lens semiluxation.
