Strengthening Study on Teachers' Professional Ethics in Colleges and Universities

Teachers' professional ethics as the core in the course of constructing the national teaching team has been highly recognized by our state and government.In the colleges and universities,the thought of teachers' personal authority and the unconsciousness of professional ethics are the crux of the problems related to teachers' professional ethics.This study based on the analyses of the connotation of teachers' professional ethics and the disclosure of problems,suggests training teachers' professional ethics and enhancing teachers' sense of service in order to promote the construction of teachers' professionalization with the stress on their ability of scientific research,which can be considered as an effective way and will be helpful for the improvement of teachers' professional quality.
