Building of Professional Ethics of College Teachers from the Viewpoint of System

The construction of professional ethics of teachers is the key work of teachers'building.Especially in the market economy and the reform process,many new problems rose and new contradictions in building professional ethics of college teachers appeared.The growing demand for good educational resources requires the improving of moral standards of college teachers urgently.Based on the survey of university teachers and students in China's different regions,the paper has deeply analyzed the current situation and institutional factors influencing the construction of teachers' professional ethics.From the perspective of the school system,a number of effective measures on the building of teachers' professional ethics are proposed.
