Abstract

Tomato Cf-10 and Cf-16 gene were resistant to eight prevalent physiological races of C.fulvum present in three northeastern provinces of China by virulence tests.F1 and F2 populations were developed from 07881×08HN30 and 07880×08HN34.The inheritance analysis indicated that leaf mould resistance gene Cf-10 and Cf-16 were single dominant genes, respectively.Total 341 pair of SSR primers were used to identify molecular markers linked to Cf-10 and Cf-16 gene, two polymorphic markers LEtaa001and LEaat003 were identified to be linked to Cf-10 in 08HN30 with the genetic distances of 9.7 and 22.9 cM,respectively, while a SSR marker Tom144-145 located on chromosome 11 were linked to Cf-16 resistant gene with the genetic distances of 10.4 cM.
