Analysis of Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients after Abdominal Hysterectomy of Husband and Wife

Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on hysterectomy sexual quality of life in patients with.Method:Selection August 2011 to April 2012 the author's hospital of 56 patients admitted in the hospital patients with total hysterectomy, by using the method to random number table were divided into experimental group and the control group, 28 cases each. The control group given routine nursing care, patients in the control group on the basis of the application of high quality nursing intervention measures. On two groups of patients with postoperative sexual life quality were analyzed.Result:Experimental group patients postoperative 3 months, 6 months, 9 months of sexual life quality score were significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional nursing group, high quality nursing intervention is helpful to promote the quality of life of patients with postoperative, in clinical nursing care should be applied.
