Abstract
Using SXC-9 macroporous strong acid catalyzed resin as catalyst,adipic acid and methanol as raw materials to synthesize dimethyl adipate with catalytic esterification technology.The experiment researches the influence of reaction temperature,molar ratio of alcohol acid,catalyst content,water-carrying agent dosage and reaction time on the esterification reaction,and determines the optimum reaction condition for synthesis of dimethyl adipate: With 0.1ml adipic acid as basic standard,90℃ reaction temperature,4:1molar ratio of alcohol acid,catalyst content occupies 25% adipic acid quality,10ml water-carrying agent amount,4 hours reaction time,and the esterification rate could reach 99.41%.
