Abstract
The application scope of labour law is narrow, which can't be applicable to resolving the various, complicated and crossed relationships between labours and their employers and labour disputes.Especially in resolving the labour disputes in institutions,we often meet contradictions in law theory and a lack of regulations. It is necessary and practical to bring the labour relationships in institutions into line with the scope of the adjustment of the labour law.The labour law of China should be revised, improved and its application scope should be enlarged as soon as possible so that the labour law system that fits in with the needs of the development of socialist market economy can be set up.
