Abstract
The extraction process of extracellular polysaccharide in fermentation broth of Ganoderma applanatum was studied, and the effects of final ethanol concentration,pH,and alcohol precipitation time on the extraction of extracellular polysaccharide were also studied. Based on the single- factor tests, orthogonal tests were performed, and results showed that the best conditions of extracellular polysaccharide extraction were final concentration fermentation broth 1 /2 times, ethanol concentration80%,and pH 7. Under these conditions, the production of extracellular polysaccharides was 0. 982g / L.
