Abstract

Inventory control in supply chain management is the important content of supply chain. At first, this articlee analyses the existing problem of inventory management under supply chain, then discusses the deficiency of the traditional inventory control mathods, and finally puts forward 4 kinds of contorl modes both at home and abroad such as; Vertically and horixontally, crosswise, whole.
