Optimizing the Teaching Management of Educadional Science, Raising the Professional Quality of the Students at Higher Normal Schools

The main aim of the course of education at higher normal schools is training the students′ professional quality as a teacher. In order to qualify them as teachers, optimizing teaching management is demanded: amplifying teaching organization, building up qualified teaching staff, increasing funds investment, improving teaching conditions, setting up rules and regulations, strengthening the mechanism of teaching management, paying great attention to the students′ educational practice, reforming teaching methods and means, applying the means of examination and assessment in order to promote the students professional quality.
