Based on theoretical research on strategic purchasing,the paper introduces the purchasing process model of group enterprise.And it systematically expounds the theoretical system of group enterprise strategic procurement methods as well.According to the research,the paper pays attention to the improv ement of the efficiency of the supply chain management by integrating the purchasing strategies.An example of Shandong Electric Power Corporation is provided to approve that the integration of strategic purchasing is practical and effective in the improvement of the performance of strategic purchasing management.The paper is aimed at making the enterprise to clearly understand the implementation of the strategic procurement process in order to provide enterprises with efficient production materials.Thus,the paper is expected to give certain reference for the group enterprises' strategic purchasing implementation effectively.
