Study on the Adaptability of One-Way Traffic Framework in the Commercial Block in Changsha

The one-way traffic is an efficient approach for relieving urban traffic congestion,and has been widely applied in many cities.But the one-way traffic settings in the commercial block also make a great negative impact.The main problems of the traffic organization in modern urban business district was analyzed.It employs fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate the adaptability of one-way traffic framework in the commercial block in Changsha.Results show that the urban traffic administrative department should be carefully review the necessity and feasibility of setting one way street from the global perspective,and produce positive influence above negative.The merchants should take a certain measure to reduce the adverse effect of setting one way street,adapt to the pattern of business with the change.
