Research on Quantitative Assessment Method for Adaptability of One Way Road Traffic Network in the Commercial District

The assessment of the adaptability of one way road traffic network in the commercial district is characteriz-ed by the following distinctive properties:multi-decision variable,multi-criteria,uncertain and group decision making.Based on the theory of one way road traffic,the assessment should consider the effect it produced on traffic,economy and society.According to the actuality of the study object,we confirm all the factors affect it and build a series of indexes and the analytic hierarchy chart.This paper introduced a quantitative method using AHP to assess the adaptability of one way road traffic network in the commercial district,which provides the theories foundation and decision-making basis for farther setting and assessing the territorial one way road traffic network.
