Abstract

The paper illustrates the significance of the contracts management in construction enterprises and types of the project contracts,introduces the principles of the management of the project contracts,emphasizes on the illustration of the improvement measures for the project contracts,and points out that the economic benefits will be created in enterprises,as long as the management of the project contracts is enhanced.
