Abstract

Combining with the specialty of the constructing projects and necessity for improving the contract management,the paper analyzes the role of the engineering construction contract management in the program management of the construction enterprises,explores the problems in the current management of the construction contracts,and points out the factual measures to improve and strengthen the management of the engineering contracts.
