The Basic Opinions of Shaanxi Industrial Structure Adjustment

At present,the main problems which exist in the development of Shaanxi industries are that agricultural products are below capacity and merchandise;the proportion of the traditional basic industries is bigger and the industry products are lack of competition;the development of the tertiary industries are relatively slow,the proportion in the whole industry structure has to be improved;the high tech.firms are commonly small.While facing the West China Development and the challenge from WTO,if we want to develop the economy of Shaanxi,we must adjust the industry structure.In order to improve the industries,to strenghten the products competition in the domestic and the international market and to achieve the development of the economy,we must depend on the markets,the firms and the high tech.
