Abstract
The payment differences between the Man officials and the Han officials in the early Qing Dynasty found expression mainly in the period before the third year of the Yongzheng Period,which has received very few studies.This payment system revealed the different treatment of different ethnic officials by the Man rules and their policy orientation.
