Actuality and potential ability analysis on university science and technology resources in Liaoning province

s: This thesis aimed at the facts that university is an important part of national technical innovation system and will play main role in the development of region economy, based on university’s great effects to develop region economy, studied and analyzed the present scale and distribution of University’s science and technology resources in Liaoning Province,then make it clear that there are obvious advantages on talents resource , mass of scientific researches and technical fruits,those abundant resources and potentials with obvious advantages and strong ability of industrialization . This paper proposed how to establish advanced information platform of higher education to share education and technology resources and put forward several assumptions of adopting business mode to transform resources of technical fruits, strengthening active governmental guide, establishing and perfecting correlated services about sharing those technology resources.
