Abstract
Credit is the life of enterprises,and the key of enterprise credit consists in the credit identification system.The relevant documents show that the credit identification system is divided into two types: the individual credit identification system and the social credit identification system.The latter is comparatively more meaningful.To give full play to the social credit identification system of small and medium-sized enterprises,the construction of credit database is critical.The government is estimated to possess 90 percent of credit information of small and medium-sized enterprises and therefore it is the responsibility of the government to build a credit database of small and medium-sized enterprises and put it into commercialized operation under mature conditions.
