Clinical observation and analysis of gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective Clinical characteristics of gastroesophageal reflux disease were observed and analyzed in order to improve early diagnosis and treatment rates.Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of GERD were analyzed retrospectively,such patients with symptoms,diagnosis,pathogenesis,and treatment is observation and related data to be carried out statistical analysis.Results 58 patients in 37 cases(63.79%)patients achieved clinical recovery,symptom relief in 21 patients(36.21%)after treatment,three cases of patients with mild esophageal stenosis,but not in patients with cancerous tendency.Conclusion The antacids,gastric mucosal protective agent,combined with application to promote gastric motility drug,supported by the necessary guidance can be effective treatment for gastroesophageal reflux disease,and certainly result in high cure rate.
