Nursing Intervention in the Application of Nasal Packing Materials Collected

Objective:To investigate the nursing intervention in selected applications when the nasal packing materials.Methods:240 cares with chronic sinusitis surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 120 patients,The control group with conventional nasal cavity after surgery care,the treatment group using conventional post-operative care on the basis of the nasal cavity after nasal some medicine to give,take stuffing to ensure adequate sleep the night before,to encourage patients to eat the next day,the patient during hospitalization for psychological care,especially in patients taking nasal packing materials when nurses provide psychological guidance.Nasal packing materials in the extraction of two groups of patients when the degree of pain,syncope and syncope aura,compared to the amount of nasal bleeding.Results:The group of patients pain,syncope,nasal bleeding was significantly lower than the control group (P0.05),the difference was significant.The occurrence of syncope aura compared with the control group there was a significant difference (P0.01).Conclusions:Point after nasal drug could be effective against local inflammation,reduce leakage,edema,thereby reducing pain and bleeding;the elimination of hunger,adequate rest can reduce the incidence of syncope;psychological care of patients can reduce tension,fear,and thus reduce the patient's pain,reduce the incidence of syncope and syncope aura and to reduce nasal bleeding,conducive to patient recovery.
