Abstract

The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a general arrangement for accelerating the reform of administrative system and constructing a service-oriented in 5 years,and proposed a series of new ideas,conceptions,tasks and measures,which will be of far-reaching directive significance to the reform in the future.The paper starts with an analysis of the significance to the construction of a service-oriented government and probes into the approaches to the improvement.
