To analyze the current situation of petroleum and chemical industry development. To present the development opportunities for oil refinery industry,ethylene industry,coal chemical industry,fine chemical industry,salt chemical industry,and fertilizer industry. To predict the future development trend in terms of policies,resources,and market. To give suggestions on developing industrial park,circular economy,biological industry development as well as the problems during the twelfth Five-Year Plan period.
