To introduce the current situation of world petroleum and chemical industry development.To analyze the development trend and potential development of refinery industry,ethylene industry and synthetic rubber industry,synthetic fiber industry,organic material industry during the twelfth Five-Year Plan period.To give some suggestions for the industries future development.
