Clinical Analysis of 97 Cases with Transfusion Reaction

Objective To explore the cause of transfusion reaction.Methods Retrospectively analyze the case data of transfusion reaction from January 2007 to October 2008 in Beihai city.Resluts 28 922 case-times adopted blood transfusion treatment with the transfusion reaction rate of 0.34%(97 cases).Among them,whole blood account for 2.00%,erythrocyte suspension account for 0.41%,washed red blood cells account for 0.51%,blood plasma was 0.19%,blood platelet was 1.14%,the cryoprecipitate was 0.The transfusion reaction type in these cases were classified as follows:24 cases with allergies,65 cases with pyrogenetic reaction,3 cases with dyspnea respiration,5 cases of other type.Conclusion The transfusion reaction which induced by red cells and plasmic is characterized as pyrogenetic reaction,allergies retrospectively.The more the transfusion blood is,the higher the rate of transfusion reaction is.
