Focus on Developing New Competitive Industry in the Course of Industrial Structure Transformation——Taking Changzhou High-Tech Zone as an Example

In the course of industrial structure transformation under the domination of market,this thesis analyzes a series of its existing problems and difficulties such as the shortage of both industry development echelon and advantageous complementary industry,the inadequate development of tertiary industry-service industry,serious insufficient of productive service industry,the small number of large-scale enterprises,the lack of economic income growth,the strong dependence on investment,the inadequate driving force of exports and consumption,etc. Some countermeasures are needed like upgrading the structure of traditional industry,developing new competitive industry and modern service industry,accelerating the benign interaction between the secondary and tertiary industries,setting up technology innovation system by making local colleges and universities as centers and enterprises as the principal part and forming a benign development system of industrial structure by making dominant industry as the principal part,new competitive industry as the lead,developing basic industry,and with proper proportion of all aspects.
