Abstract
In this paper,the method for the determination of Pb,As,Cu,Cr and Cd in apples by microwave digestion and ICP-AES has been presented.Microwave digestion conditions and operational conditions of ICP-AES were optimized.The recovery is 98.3%~104.2%,the RSD is 1.7%~2.3%.The method is simple,fast and accurate,the result is satisfied.
