Abstract

The significance of asset securitization not only lies in resolving the liquidity risks,but also it's the critical interface for financial markets and financial intermediaries.By analyzing the basic functions and operational processes of asset securitization,the paper summarizes the current situation of asset securitization development in China,points out the major problems facing the development of asset securitization,and proposes the corresponding recommendations for development strategies.
