Clinical Study of Huangkui Capsule Combined with ACEI on Reducing Proteinuria of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huangkui Capsule combined with ACEI on reducing proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis.Method:120 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into study group(n=60) and control group(n=60).The control group was treated with ACEI alone,the study group was treated with Huangkui Capsule combined with ACEI.The effects,especially the clinical effects of reducing proteinuria of two groups were compared.Result:The total efficiency rate of the study group was 95.00%,and the control group was 73.33%.The effect was better in study group than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Urine protein was reduced in both groups,but it decreased significantly in study group than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Huangkui Capsule combined with ACEI on reducing proteinuria of chronic glomerulonephritis is significant,without adverse reaction,and is worth promoting in clinical use.
