Abstract

In modern times, for the purpose of opening up a new prospect in the work of the Chinese Communist Youth League and making it more suitable for the new situation, this paper puts forward a new idea of setting up the League primary organization in students' dormitories. From its implement at Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, it can be seen that this reform can give fuller play to the guiding role of the Communist Youth League under new conditions.
