Abstract
The construction of the basic communist youth league is the foundation and vitality of colleges and universities' communist youth league development. It is also served as the important approach and means for college students. Currently,there are lots of problems in the working mechanism and consciousness of members in basic communist youth leagues. Therefore,basic communist leagues should enlarge the coverage,build the training system of members or leaders,set up the serve-oriented communist youth league and strengthen the construction of the basis communist youth league in colleges and universities.
