Clinical analysis on 260 cases of premature infants

Objective To analyze the reasons of premature delivery,associated complications and causes of death of 260 premature infants,in order to strengthen the prevention and treatment of diseases of premature infants,and improve the survival rate and quality of life.Methods Clinical dates of 260 premature infants who born in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 248 premature infants accorded with the standards of leaving hospital after comprehensive treatment,8 cases turned for the better and leaved hospital,dead of 4 cases,and died reasons were empsyxis and respiratory distress syndrome.Conclusion Obstetric and pediatric medical technology level and enhancing the cooperation of obstetric and pediatric are improved in order to reduce preterm births and the complications,and improve the survival rate of premature and survival quality key factors.
