Abstract
University—industry—government Triple Helix Model accelerated the process of change in modern academic,promoted the birth of the entrepreneurial university.Entrepreneurial university has become a propeller of Triple Helix with its positive and aggressive entrepreneurial character,and become the new paradigm of industry—university—institute cooperation.Establishing entrepreneurial university to promotion the model innovation of Triple Helix Model needs to achieve the organizational transformation of the university from five aspects.
