Abstract
An experimental investigation was presented on the seismic performance of moment connections between cold-formed steel sections.Four T-shape beam-to-column connections were designed which were identified as flexural failure of connected cold-formed steel section under cyclic loading. The results indicate that the configurations are effective in transfering moment between beam and colunm, and the effects of the configurations on moment capacity, stiffness, ductility and energy consumption capacity were analyzed on the basis of the test results.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
