The Significance of and Approach to the Learning-type Primary Party Organization Construction in Universities

Primary party organizations are the bastions of party organization construction in universities,which bear heavy responsibilities in cultivating and educating student party members,so they must keep up with the time and find a road suitable for their own development.We explored approaches to the construction of primary party organizations in universities from internal and external aspects by integrating the aim of talent cultivation in universities with the strategic significance of constructing learning-type primary party organizations.The internal construction includes establishing a shared belief which integrates the development of teaching and scientific research,improving the quality of party members which is consistent with student education,and actively implementing democracy within the party which helps create positive learning environment.The external construction means constructing a workable system so that everybody can fulfill their own duties,and that effective supervision enforces learning.
