Abstract
Quality education, innovative education and education for starting a business are three kinds of educational ideas relating mutually but different from each other. The teaching reform of higher institutions should take quality education as the basis, innovative education as core and actively advance education for starting a business. The successful implement of quality, innovative and education for starting a business demands to solve three key problems as follows: optimized talents' cultivating model along with the trend of time, perseveringly fostering the good teachers and gradually inspiring students' innovative and desires for starting a business.
